Each athlete receives:

· Review of personal medical history.

· Functional Movement Assessment—squat, jumps, etc.

· Core Assessment.

· Cardiovascular Assessment.

· ROM / Flexibility Assessment.

· Sport Specific Assessment

¨ Personalized training program. (no “cookie cutter” programs)

Each athlete receives a personalized program specifically designed to  meet his her needs and goals.  Each program will include:

· Cardiopulmonary training.

· Functional Flexibility.

· Core Training.

· Balance Training

· Reactive training (plyometrics, jump training,).

· SAQ— Speed Agility Quickness

· Strength Training.
