SENIOR FITNESS – age 60+

As we get older, we want to have the ability to perform daily activities safely and independently.  By staying active and focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance activities, we increase our ability to enjoy a functional, mobile lifestyle. 

Let our staff guide you in the proper kind and amount of exercise based on recommendations from the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association.  We offer quality training in a comfortable, intimate setting.

  • Senior Fitness Test – These tests will assess the functional fitness of older adults. Includes lower and upper body strength and flexibility, aerobic endurance, and agility and dynamic balance.

 

  • Open Gym – Fitness maintenance program based on results of the Senior Fitness Test. 

 

  • Fall Prevention exercise classes available to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
