GENERAL FITNESS

  • Fitness Assessment – Find out where your current fitness level is.  Includes body composition, cardiovascular fitness, dynamic posture, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.

 

  •  Personal Training – For those who want or need one-on-one attention.  General routines and  individualized routines available.

 

  •  Fitness Coaching – Achieve your fitness goals with quality training sessions two or three times a week.  Fitness routines are geared toward general fitness in a small group setting.

 

  •  Open Gym – If you are interested in fitness maintenance, this is the right program for you.    Continue your prescribed workouts after your initial training sessions.
