- Personal Training – For those who want or need one-on-one attention. General routines and individualized routines available.
- Fitness Coaching – Achieve your fitness goals with quality training sessions two or three times a week. Fitness routines are geared toward general fitness in a small group setting.
- Open Gym – If you are interested in fitness maintenance, this is the right program for you. Continue your prescribed workouts after your initial training sessions.
